Tanah Lot Temple

Tanah Lot....the most beautiful temple site to my eyes! Perched on top of a rock and with the crashing waves.....it was a sight to behold! Check it out from some of the pictures that I took! The temple would have looked lovely in the setting sun but I didn't have the luxury of time to hang around till then.

Tanah Lot is supposed to be 16th century built and is devoted to the Balinese Sea God.

There's another smaller temple but still interesting situated at a short distance to the right of the Pura Tanah Lot. This is the Pura Batu Bolong Temple.
